Order Processing

All of our products are custom-made to order. Once you place an order, it is processed and sent to production within 1 to 4 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Orders (United States):

 Shipping Cost: FREE

 Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days after production

International Orders (Rest of World / Seychelles):

 Standard Shipping Cost: $15.00 USD

 Free International Shipping: Available on orders over $200.00 USD

 Estimated Transit Time: 12 to 35 business days (depending on destination and local customs clearance)

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. Any additional fees incurred upon arrival are the buyer's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update on the shipping provider's portal.
